So we find oursleves in the middle of another lockdown. We are lucky to be able to remain open and provide cycling services which the nation seem to be relying on to stay healthy and sane!

Here's how we can help this month...

Bike Hire.

We have been providing bike hire since June in a Covid secure environment with outdoor customer service, safe distancing and bike sanitising. The new lockdown rules have not changed this and you are allowed unlimited outdoor exercise although your travelling should be within reason. With this in mind, we feel we can legitimately offer bike hire to people living within 15 miles of our Brockenhurst hire centre.

Book online or call us on 01590 624808.

Unfortunately none of our cafe or pub partners can offer takeaway lunch (as far as we are aware) so your bike rental will just be about the riding & the scenery in your family bubble.

Ex-Rental Sales

We are sorry to say that the few bikes we are selling this season are already spoken for and we can't sell our used Electric Bikes until later next year as the supply chain for bikes is very restricted globally for the next 12 months. We are trying our best to source bikes from alternative suppliers but everyone is in the same boat (literally) and demand has outstripped supply for many months. We are sourcing bikes from Trek, Giant, Kona, Orbea, Forme and Ghost for 2021.

Sales & Repairs

Although ex-rental sales are off the menu, you could try our partner store Boost Bike Hub ( who have a small selection of new bikes and small amounts of stock turning up on a weekly basis. Both stores continue to offer repairs with about 1 week turnaround and we have good stocks of parts & accessories.

Hang in there everyone!

Excercise really is the key to better personal and mental health. We don't just give people advice on where to cycle in the New Forest, we have all sorts of maps that would help runners or walkers. Download our mobile phone app for FREE from any App Store (search cyclexperience). See you on the trails, but remember to keep your distance!

Welcome to our world:
