Things to see

Here we’ve put together the best bits for you to watch out for on your cycle. Some of them are on route, others - not so easy to find.

The Pig

A friendly relaxed country hotel with a greenhouse restaurant, a Walled Kitchen Garden, cosy lounges all with open fires and sink-in sofas.

Places to eat

Here are some convenient spots on route to stop for food and drinks

The Pig Hotel

The Pig Hotel is an old Country House and doesn't need much introduction - it is truly one of the best hotels in the country. If you want to combine a stop here on one of our cycle routes then it is either going to be close to the start or near the end of your cycle.

The Crown Stirrup

The Crown Stirrup is a great option, it never gets too busy. Don't be tempted to linger too long in the pub and then cycle the quicker route back to Brockenhurst down the main road, it is not much fun. Please watch the time and come back through the woods.

The Drift Inn

The Drift has a relaxed, laid-back vibe, rustic yet super-comfy interiors, and the warm welcome and hearty hospitality of a traditional country pub, but it’s an award-winning restaurant too!
