Bikes

Bikes are complex and we’re passionate about making sure the bike you purchase is the right one for you. The best bike is the one that feels right when you ride it. Our instore experience enables us to talk you through the options, explain the differences and help you avoid buying the wrong style of bike. Once you’ve chosen your new bike we will build it and safety check it at no additional cost.

We can deliver your fully assembled bike free of charge within a 10 mile radius of our store. Alternatively, you can pop instore and collect for free. We’re situated next to Brockenhurst Train Station with access to great parking services, or why not take your new bike home on the train?

If collection in store or local delivery isn’t an option, then we can also arrange for home delivery at a cost of £40, but you’ll need to employ a bike mechanic to assemble, and safety check the bike yourself.

Order Processing

Bikes will take approximately 5 – 7 days to undertake assembly and safety checks. Please contact us if you need it sooner. We will contact you to let you know when your new bike is ready for collection/delivery.

Other items will be dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed over 14:00 on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

International Orders

We currently deliver to Mainland UK addresses only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery to addresses in the UK Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands at this time.
